In France, there is a war on creativity. All education is a psychic design intended to keep the secret of creation in the hands of the few who know it. From the cradle to the grave, everything is made to hinder this creative impulse that everyone has in order not to threaten those above in the pyramid of social status. Because those above understand that creativity is the key to real freedom, they try to keep people on the tracks they have made for them. You know, it would be dangerous if people understand and see that there is an infinite reality going far beyond the tracks they have in front of their eyes.
It all begins in schools, where, as a child, no one is allowed to have a own proper opinion. If anyone comes with any idea or thought questioning herd beliefs, ostracism is the automatic reaction and the villain who dares thinking out of the box is immediately rejected. When essays are required to be written, it is not allowed to use the pronoun "I". It's "we" or nothing. Thus, individuals are designed not to take any responsibility for their thoughts, ideas or opinion. They are just constrained to rely on the group to tell them what to think, or they have to face the risk to stand alone before all. And even if there is 1 among 1000 to dare to stand up and say "I am sure of what I am thinking and fuck you all", others will give their lives to crush him.
The result when those children grow up is obvious. A close look to french mentality and society validates the genius and efficiency with which this psychic design is implemented : 99% of people are unable to have an opinion of their own and if so, to defend it when immediately criticized. France education is aimed at destroying any risk of true and popular leader emerging out of the crowd. Thus French people are bred in a materialistic golden prison, and their only mission is to create economic value without questioning how nor why it works this way. Of course, it works the same way at every new generation, and children do not belongs to parents, they belong to the State, whose only mission is self perpetuation. French people don't live for themselves, they live for the State and the few aristocrats who make it.
French society is so full of paradoxes, and one among them illustrates the insanity of the situation described above : France is among the richest country of the world and yet its people are the most depressed in the world. It has been stated that French people are more depressed and pessimistic than Iraki people or Uzbek people (article here or here)! This fact is simply extraordinary and thus self-explanatory : French people have been willingly deprived all along of what really makes sense to life, and that is to be the creator of your own life and experience. They are depressed because they don't feel in control of their life, and they are absolutely right, given that a war (a silent and soft war, and yet the most powerful of all) is being right now waged on their spirits. Matter is nothing compared to spirit, and who owns spirits wins all.
Then, this war on ideas waged from schooltime takes all its meaning. School times is only the begining and more is to be unfold as I explain the underlying mechanisms of this war. When grown up, the French is exposed to a whole net of institutions and structures whose aims is to keep them in tight control of what they should think and believe. Academic, journalist, writers, political, the French intellectual elite is certainly one of the most powerful in the world and jealously keeps its privilege over the villains that they nontheless depend upon. It is impossible to publicly speak about higher truths such as sprit directly impacting matter such as The Secret suggest, or even the knowledge of Flower of Life supposedly given by ETs. Debating those ideas (even before stating if it's true or false) is immediately ostracized. Even if someone could be enough openminded to be interested in those subjects, it would be very difficult to apply those teachings, because :
1/ all children have been bred not to believe in surnatural, extraordinary or religious stuff, such as spirits, magics or incantations, and in general the power of the mind.
2/all children have been bred specially not to find their inner power and exclusively rely on external authority to ensure their living.
With all that, conclusion is obvious : French culture isn't based on real sharing but is more about diverting and discouraging people from finding what really matters : higher spiritual truths and metaphysical understanding that would give them so many power over their lifes. But that, of course, is out of the question.
